What we can make for you

• Custom enclosures and housings for electronics boards and devices. See the PCB & electronics enclosures we already make, and tell us if you need something different.
• Replacement and repair parts. Browse the Custom Repair & Accessory Library, or ask us to make a part that is not listed.
• Modular builds. The KADO building system uses beams, connectors and morphs to build frames, stands and holders, and we can add custom parts to it.
• Branded and promotional keychains for teams, schools, events and businesses. See the Creative Branding range, available with an optional NFC chip on some designs.
• Personalised gifts. For one-off name, house or reg plate keyrings, see our 3D-printed gifts.

Materials

We print in materials including PLA, PETG-FR, ABS, ASA and PC-FR. Tell us where the part will be used, for example indoors, outdoors or near heat, and we will suggest a suitable material.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Send a short description, a sketch, photos or a design file, and the quantity you want.
2. We reply. We will ask any questions, suggest a material and send a quote with the lead time.
3. You approve. We agree the design with you before we make anything.
4. We make and deliver. Your parts are printed to order and sent to you.

What to include in your request

• What the part or enclosure is for, and what it needs to hold or protect
• Key sizes in millimetres, or the board or device name and model
• Where it will be used (indoors, outdoors, near heat)
• Quantity and the date you need it by
• Colour, logo or text you want added
• Any files, drawings or photos you already have
