KaleYoYa Studio

Design your own tactile colouring tile, keychain or plaque, then download the files or ask us to print it.

KaleYoYa Studio works best on a computer or tablet. On a phone, use full screen and turn your phone sideways.

KaleYoYa Studio

How it works

  1. Describe your scene

Type an idea such as “Halloween night with a ghost and a pumpkin” and the Studio suggests matching symbols, or browse the library.

  2. Arrange and layer

Drag, scale and rotate. Mountains sit behind houses, people stand in front, flowers come nearest, just like a real scene.

  3. Check the heights

Every part gets its own raised level, and the Studio checks that neighbouring outlines stand out so they are easy to feel and paint.

  4. Preview and download

Turn it around in the 3D viewer, make a high-resolution render, and download STEP, STL, SVG and PNG files.

What you can make

KaleYoYa tiles

The classic 70 × 90 mm tile with rounded corners, ready to paint.

Keychains

Trim the base to your artwork and add a keyring hole. Preview it with a split ring, chain, tassel or clasp.

Plaques and gifts

Choose a square or rounded base for name plaques, magnets and keepsakes.

Inside the Studio

150+ professional symbols

Animals, seasons, space, landmarks, food, scenery and more, all prepared for printing.

Bring your own artwork

Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or DXF. The Studio traces it, checks it is a clean printable solid, and asks you to approve it.

Realistic layering

Symbols can overlap. The one behind is neatly cut where the one in front covers it.

Graded heights

Five raised levels on a solid base, tuned so the outlines are crisp to the touch.

3D viewer and renders

Orbit, zoom and render up to 8K in full colour, plain white or by height.

Print-ready files

STEP with every part separate, a single STL for your slicer, an SVG and a black-and-white colouring sheet.

Rather we print it for you?

Order your design from the Studio: a printed keychain or plaque for £1.75, or a full KaleYoYa tile for £2.75, in one solid colour (usually white or light grey), posted to your door ready to paint.

Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. KaleYoYa Studio runs right here in your web browser. A computer or tablet is easiest for arranging your tile.

What does it cost?

Designing is free. To download the files for a design, buy the Digital 3D files for £0.50 at checkout; they unlock for that design when you come back signed in with the same email. Printed keychains and plaques are £1.75 and full KaleYoYa tiles £2.75, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout.

Where are my designs saved?

Press Save in the Studio and your project is kept in this browser, so you can come back and keep editing. To move a design to another computer, use Export project file and Import it there.

Can I print the files myself?

Yes. Once you have bought the design files, download the STL for your slicer, or the STEP file if you want to edit the parts in CAD. Each raised level is a separate part, which makes multi-colour printing easier.

What size is a KaleYoYa tile?

70 × 90 mm with 5 mm rounded corners and a 3 mm base. Keychains and plaques can be sized to your artwork.

Can I use my own drawing or logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or DXF. Flat-colour artwork on a plain background gives the best results. Please only upload artwork you have the right to use.
