This immersive workshop introduces the complete digital dentistry workflow, focusing on resin-based 3D printing used in modern dental labs and clinics. Participants will work with real dental files and professional software to understand how 3D printing improves accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

No prior 3D printing experience is required.

Theory (Morning Session)

• Introduction to dental 3D printing technologies (DLP / SLA / LCD)
  
• Dental resin applications : model, surgical guide, tray, and temporary crown resins, dentures.
  
• Accuracy, calibration, and quality control for dental applications
  
• Digital dentistry workflow: intraoral scan → CAD → print
  
• File formats (STL, DCM, OBJ) and data handling
  
• Safety considerations.
• Material biocompatibility.
  

Practical Session (Afternoon) Model Building

• Review some raw digital dental files.
  
• Preparing and slicing file for resin 3D printers
  
• Hands-on printing of Dental models.
  
• Post-processing: washing, curing, finishing, and inspection
  
• Common printing issues and how to fix them.
