How it Works

Step 1 – Customer sends a few photos of the broken part, along with a short description and any notes or constraints you’d like our design engineer to consider
Step 2 – We review the details and provide a cost estimate
Step 3 – If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll ask you to send the broken part for precise measurement and CAD modelling (reverse engineering)
Step 4 – We manufacture the replacement using the appropriate 3D printing technology and materials
Step 5 – Your finished part is delivered straight to your doorstep

Step 3 - Design Fee

Knobs, clips, caps, covers
£15 – £25
Medium Complexity
Functional parts with fit tolerance
£30 – £60
Complex Parts
Moving parts / precise engineering
£70 – £250

Step 4 & 5 - 3D Printing & Delivery Fees

Small parts [£5 – £12]
Medium parts [£12 – £25]
Large parts [£25 – £50]
Materials may include:
PLA | PETG | ABS | TPU | ASA | PC | PPA-CF | PET-CF | PA6-CF & PA6-GF.

Shared Design Discount

If customer agrees to share design on our Online store:
50% discount on design fee will be applied

Design fee £40

Customer pays £20
Future customers only pay print + shipping.
