Step 1 – Customer sends a few photos of the broken part, along with a short description and any notes or constraints you’d like our design engineer to consider
Step 2 – We review the details and provide a cost estimate
Step 3 – If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll ask you to send the broken part for precise measurement and CAD modelling (reverse engineering)
Step 4 – We manufacture the replacement using the appropriate 3D printing technology and materials
Step 5 – Your finished part is delivered straight to your doorstep
